I have been working in the field of Wellness for over 30 years. For over 20 years I worked in the community as a registered nurse. I designed and taught fitness. Classes for North and West Vancouver Parks and Recreation Commission. Trained and supervised fitness leaders. On February 1, 2007, I resigned in good standing from the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia. For 5 years I was employed by Simon Fraser University.

North Shore Keep Well Society encourages and helps older adults to keep well by leading active and independent lives.
